Terms
Beeptown is offered by [your name / company name], [address], KvK [number], VAT [number]. Contact: hello@beeptown.app.
What you buy
A one-time purchase gives your household a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app(s) you bought, for as long as Beeptown is offered, including updates. The Beeptown bundle includes the Library, Supermarket and Post office apps; apps that are not open yet are unlocked automatically when they open. Prices include VAT.
Payment and delivery
Payment is handled by Mollie. You pay with one of the methods on Mollie’s payment page (such as iDEAL, Bancontact or a credit card). Access is delivered immediately after payment, on every device where you log in with your email address, and you get a confirmation by email.
Right of withdrawal
Because you get access to digital content right away, we ask you before you pay to agree that delivery starts immediately, and to acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal therefore no longer applies. Only then do you go on to the payment page; the confirmation email repeats it. Something not working? Email us — we’ll always try to sort it out.
Using Beeptown
Beeptown is a toy for children, used under the supervision of an adult. Handheld barcode scanners use a laser or LED light: never point one at anyone’s eyes. The data you enter is stored in your own browser; make a backup now and then (Settings → Export backup).
Liability
We do our best to keep Beeptown working well, but it is provided as it is. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid, except where the law says otherwise.
Law
Dutch law applies.
Voorwaarden (Nederlands)
Betalingen lopen via Mollie.
Aansprakelijkheid
